We at Nutrify aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@nutrifystore.in. We’ll process a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can request a return as per our return policy.

2. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

    • The product is unopened and in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email us at support@nutrifystore.in with your order details and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Non-returnable items include opened products, perishable goods, or items damaged due to misuse.

4. Non-Delivery
